  • Discuss your current concerns for your child’s development, behavior, social skills, and/or school performance.
  • Discuss recommendations and resources for supporting your child.
  • No written report provided.
  • Duration: 90 Minutes

GoZen Anxious Kid Coaching (ages 8-14 years) (All States)

  • GoZen (https://gozen.com) is an evidence-based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)-based, animated  intervention to address anxiety disorders, panic disorder, growth mindset, procrastination, resilience, and more for youth ages 8-14 years. 
  • 3-6 one-hour weekly sessions, depending on which program is needed.
  • During visits: Review of animated videos, practice evidence-based strategies, and complete activity worksheets with child.
  • Post-visits:  Homework activities for child and parents/caregivers to practice at home daily between sessions.
  • $100/session with payment committment for all session
  • Child will receive a certificate of completion when all sessions are completed. 
  • GoZen!: anxiety symptom management program with handouts. 6 sessions at $100/session. Fee $600
  • GoWave!: panic attack symptom management program with handouts. 3 sessions at $100/session. Fee $300
  • GoMindset!: growth mindset training program with handouts. 3 sessions at $100/session. Fee $300
